About Wise
Wise moves money across borders at the mid-market exchange rate, the real one, with a small fee shown before you send. It is usually far cheaper than a bank transfer.
I use Wise whenever I pay or get paid in another currency. You can hold dozens of currencies and get local account details in several countries.
My take on Wise
Wise is my favourite for business, and I pay all my business expenses with it. There is a one-time setup fee and then you are running. Usefully, they now provide a CAMT report that imports into bexio and AbaNinja without trouble.
The one adjustment coming from Revolut: you pay a fee on currency exchange, which I was not used to as a private user. For business it is still well worth it.
